The Homeless Prevention Service offers support citywide to any household/tenure where there is a risk of homelessness, and where the service can reduce or remove that risk. Together these make up our Homeless Prevention and Resettlement (or HPR) support service. Referrals can be made by contacting the service and can be taken directly from the client or through a third party with consent.
The Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Recovery offers a similar support service to that of HPR, but is specifically for those with current or historic substance misuse issues. We support people with their own tenancy to either prevent homelessness or become settled in a new property.
