SAGE Greenfingers is therapeutic gardening project for people with mental illness. Come and enjoy our little piece of outdoor heaven tucked away just 15 minutes from the city centre. You don't need to be a gardening enthusiast: we use growing as therapy to support your recovery and help you achieve your goals. Arts activities are also provided in our cabin. Personal budget holders welcome.

Our free Greenfingers ecotherapy runs over 20 weeks before helping our supported gardeners move on to new activities or our monthly social gardening club. You don't need to be a gardener, just someone who enjoys some time in nature with a loo nearby and a cup of tea!
Clients with personal budgets may come for an unrestricted time period as part of their care plan.
We also offer women-only singing sessions, please see 'Sing through the Seasons'
