IBK is a not for profit, social enterprise working with families, young people, and adults who have additional needs. We are a team of dedicated, passionate and caring people who always strive to put the people we work with at the heart of what we do. We support people to find and recruit their own PA's, run befriending and education projects, as well as payroll and money management support.
IBK Initiatives is a Not for Profit Social Enterprise providing a wide range of services, our aim is to challenge a disabling world that denies individuals their rights to an ordinary existence. Qualifications & Quality Standards:
The managers of IBK Initiatives have many years experience of working with disabled children, young people, adults and their families. All staff are DBS checked. IBK has Public Liability, Employers Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances.
