The Rethink Mental Illness Advice Service offers practical advice. The advice is free and confidential They advise on issues such as the Mental Health Act, social care, welfare benefits, employment and carers rights. They also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication, care and treatment.
They can only advise people who are 18+ and live in England.
You can email for advice or call the advice line. The line is open from 9:30 am - 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays.)
There is also a webchat service with is open Mon - Fri 10am - 1pm (excluding Bank holidays). You can access the webchat service through their website.
