Bespoke Care is a local, quality driven home care provider. It is owned and managed by two experienced health professionals. We provide care and support to individuals aged 18 years and over in their own homes. We provide care to :

- people with physical disabilities such as: parkinsons, stroke, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis
- people who are recovering from recent hospital admission
- people at the end of life
- people with dementia
- people with sensory impairment
- people with learning disabilities

We provide a bespoke service acknowledging you as a unique individual. We will undertake an assessment of your physical and emotional needs with the assistance of your relatives if necessary and formulate an individual care plan that puts your personal priorities and preferences at its core.
We have a small carer to client ratio so the client is always familiar with the person delivering the care. Timeliness of calls and being flexible to respond to client needs are a priority at Bespoke Care. We are meticulous in our recruitment of staff to ensure that only people who share our high standards, values and beliefs become part of the bespoke care team.
