- Description: <p class="">“Space to Breathe” is an every Wednesday weekly wellbeing and safe space session which will involve the chance to chat and have a drink, mindfulness reflections, wellbeing tools and ideas and the chance to spend time in a relaxing, calm and creative space.</p> <p class="">Sessions are free and open to anyone. You can access them by just turning up, by emailing <a href="mailto:info@spacetobreatheuk.com?subject=Space%20to%20Breathe%20sessions&">info@spacetobreatheuk.com</a>.<br />We meet from 3.30pm for a drink/chat and then 4pm to start the session. We always finish by 5pm.</p> <p class="">If you are unable to attend in person, we can always arrange <strong>online access.</strong></p> <p class="">Sessions are provided as part of our <a href="https://spacetobreatheuk.com/positive-activities" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Positive Activities programme.</a></p>
