- Description: We are a small friendly group offering support to anyone with arthritis. Occasionally we have a speaker attending our meetings, the subjects vary from exercises to specialists such as Orthopaedic Surgeons and Physiotherapists. These last an hour. Refreshments are offered on arrival. When: First Monday of each month (second Monday for bank holidays) Time: 1.30-3.30 pm (refreshments are at 1.30 pm and speakers are 2-3pm unless stated).
