Sheffield Talking Therapies (formerly called IAPT) provides a range of short-term talking therapies to anyone (aged 18 or over who lives or works in Sheffield) experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.

Their Health and Wellbeing service provides support to people who are experiencing anxiety, stress and low mood from living with a long-term physical health condition.

The guides are available as leaflets or in audiobook format and cover a range of feelings, including:

Sheffield Talking Therapies also have Employment Advisors that can offer you free confidential advice and support to help you stay in work or return to work after a break. Their employment support is provided by Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS).
