How to contact your Early Help Hub

To request an Early Help service, please work with the family that you are worried about to complete an Early Help Assessment to identify the family’s strengths and needs (see downloads and links section).

If your assessment confirms that the family would benefit from additional early help services and the family consent to this, please send your assessment to earlyhelpassessment@sheffield.gov.uk

The screening teams in Early Help services will then determine the right support to meet the family’s needs. This could be from any of a wide range of early help services.
