30-Minute Calls Brief support visits designed to assist with essential personal care tasks, medication prompts, meal preparation, and general wellbeing checks.
45-Minute Calls Extended support visits allowing additional time for personal care, light domestic duties, companionship, and ensuring the client’s comfort and safety.
1-Hour Calls Comprehensive care visits providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, hospital or appointment escorts, and household support.
Long Hours (Sitting Service) Continuous daytime care delivered over extended periods, offering supervision, personal care, companionship, and reassurance within the client’s home.
Sleep-In Care Overnight care provision where a carer remains in the client’s home, available to provide assistance if required and to ensure safety and reassurance throughout the night.
Night Care (Waking Night) Intensive overnight support with a carer awake for the duration of the night to provide ongoing monitoring, personal care, and immediate assistance as needed.
