Treasured Time
My name is Debbie Mansfield, I have run Treasured Time for a number of years, working with lots of different people with different requirements of my service. Many of my clients I have worked with for a number of years, so we get to know each other well. At least half the people I support have dementia, and I work with the individual and their family to give the targeted help that is needed.
Here are some of the reasons for using my companionship service:

Here are some of the reasons for using my companionship service:
- I can visit you on a regular basis taking an interest in what is happening to you, and can offer support at home, whatever that may be to help you stay independent at home.
- My aim is to offer friendship that will boost your morale by spending quality one to one time together.
- Getting out for a walk together somewhere away from home will improve your fitness levels, and we can have a good chat at the same time.
- Having someone to help with the shopping gives you the freedom to choose the things you like. Plus I am that extra pair of hands to help carry things back home. Transport available.
- If you are finding it hard to manage some household tasks, I can assist by doing the things you struggle with.

Cost details
The first enquiry visit is free. During this time, we can talk about your individual needs, and you can decide if my services are suitable for you with no obligation to proceed further.
Once an agreement has been reached, the following costs will apply:
£22.00 per hour
£0.45p per mile is chargeable for any outings during the visit
Clients are responsible for all costs associated with outings including refreshments/meals or other travel methods to venue.

Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm

Older people living at home, people living with dementia or their carers

Services include companionship, outings, visits to appointments, light domestic help, helping people cope with dementia
