Chatsworth Grange
Chatsworth Grange Care Home is a modern, 66-bed facility in Sheffield decorated to high standard and with modern furnishings. Providing elderly care, end of life care and nursing, the team at Chatsworth Grange also care for those with dementia and challenging behavioural issues to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Rooms are available with an en suite and washroom facilities, as well as full internet access. The Chatsworth Grange Care Home also features an entertainment lounge, reminiscence room and a hairdressing salon for residents to enjoy (a hairdresser visits every Monday morning). Outdoors there are secure, well-kept gardens with two wheelchair-friendly patio areas, which means all residents can make the most of any good weather.
Meals are freshly prepared on site by a dedicated cook and the kitchen has been awarded a five-star rating by the EHO. Special meal events are often arranged, including special pie and pea suppers and fish and chip suppers.
To help keep residents active and stimulated in both body and mind, a range of activities are arranged, including chairobics, themed movie days, board games, musical entertainers, bingo and more. Trips out also help to keep days varied for residents, with shopping trips and visits to local garden centres or botanical gardens often arranged.
Family and friends are encouraged to visit at any time, with car parking available. Residents can visit local amenities and attractions with staff, relatives or friends where mobility permits.
