DECSY is an independent and highly experienced development education centre working across South Yorkshire since 1984 to promote a global perspective in all levels of education, supporting teachers in incorporating the global dimension into all areas of teaching and learning. Development Education is an approach to learning that aims to increase understanding of how global issues such as world poverty, conflict and climate change affect and are affected by our every day lives.
