Jubilee Angels Limited (Jubilee) is a CQC-regulated company that provides personal care and live-in support services in the community. We provide person centred care in the comfort of clients’ own homes following a care plan specifically tailored to their needs. We offer adults of all ages the extra comfort and reassurance of 24-hour one-to-one support, enabling them to stay in the comfort of their own homes.

Jubilee Angels LTD supports individuals to regain and retain their independence so that they can remain living independently in their own homes for as long and as safely as possible. We strongly believe that our client's rights are paramount therefore we strive to provide personal care and support in ways that have positive outcomes for our clients and their families whilst promoting choice and independence.

• Housekeeping and assisting with daily domestic chores
• Assisting with pet care where possible.

Jubilee ensures that our clients are supported to exercise choice and control will always endeavour to provide each client with a package of care that contributes to his or her overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We will work closely with other services and professionals to help maximise each and every client’s independence and to ensure as fully as possible the client’s full participation in the community.

At Jubilee, we carefully conduct an assessment of our client's needs and preferences prior to commencing any care services and regularly review them to ensure that we respond to changing needs or requirements. 

Qualifications and Quality Standards:

Standards for managers and staff are based on the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation. Care staff are qualified for NVQ level 2. To ensure fitness for purpose, Jubilee reviews its policies and processes constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving its stated aims and purposes.
