Wood Hill House

We provide specialised residential services to support adults aged 18 and over facing complex challenges. Our dedicated team is here to assist individuals with diverse needs, including brain injury, physical disabilities, early onset dementia, Korsakoff Syndrome, Huntington’s Disease, behaviours that challenge, mental health conditions. The Wood Hill House special needs care home supports people who have learning disabilities and/or autism as their secondary presenting issues.
