Domiciliary care (or in home care)
We provide support in a way that suits each individual, whether that’s around the clock, or by dropping in to support with specific tasks, like washing and cleaning. We take a person-centred approach care that empowers individuals. This means supporting people to do things themselves, rather than doing it for them – which we know leads to more engagement, and to people taking more control over their own lives.
Supported living
We support learning disabled people to live however and wherever they choose. We can then provide support in a way that suits each person.
Day opportunities
Take part in activities that interest you with Hft day opportunities. We’ll match your interests and find activities in your local community.
Residential care
Residential care may suit you if you need full-time, specialist care. In our homes, trained staff support you to live the best life possible.
