Our tutors are extremely knowledgeable and experienced within their subjects and our ethos is all about building a rapport with students so that they are comfortable to achieve their full potential.

Our Staff Development Offer is based on an Educational Mentorship Programme. The programme is split into three areas and each area develops role specific skills. The three key areas are:

- Teacher Mentorship

- Pastoral Lead Mentorship

- Leader Mentorship

The three packages have been designed by experienced educational leaders and teachers. All sessions are devised to improve two key aspects:

Student attendance, retention, performance and personal development.
