The Sheffield Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary space where health professionals can see the people they work with. There are six distinct therapy rooms for hire at the Wellness Centre

We have two dedicated massage and physical therapy rooms available. These come equipped with a spa style massage bench, Sonos speaker and towel radiators. We also have four rooms suitable for talking therapy and one on one consultations. They come equipped with large, comfortable chairs, two of which are recliners making them perfect for hypnotherapy sessions. 

The centre provides a wide range of therapies and services. This includes:

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Hypnotherapy
• Massage therapy
• Pregnancy massage
• Nutritionists
• Reiki
• Past life regression

Health professionals can book the room online and the rooms can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Those using the centre get their bills included in the low hourly rate. We also provide free superfast wifi, free tea & coffee and for the therapists hiring the rooms we also provide business development and support sessions.
