Our services are available to anyone who requires support and assistance to live in a home of their own choice. In developing a circle of support for individuals, which works together as a team to share responsibility for their wellbeing, we support and empower individuals in integrating and participating in their community and utilising local resources as they choose. We support and facilitate informed and monitored risk taking, to further develop an individual’s life experiences.

We are proven specialists in creating personalised support that enables individuals to be matched, where appropriate, promoting shared tenancies and shared support costs where possible, to create sustainable, value for money Supported Living packages.

We provide these services for Local Authorities in South Yorkshire, individuals in receipt of direct payments or individualised budgets and privately funded clients.

Working in partnership with a number of property professionals, we have access to a diverse portfolio of good quality property and accommodation, across the region.
