Youth Hub
Our Youth Hub offers a comprehensive range of services to help young people aged 16-24 gain the skills and support they need to secure meaningful employment opportunities.
Launched in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), it is designed to help improve employment outcomes for those who are finding work difficult due to barriers such as complex and intractable challenges.
Our excellent staff provide personal career guidance appointments and create personalised action plans for each individual. If you'd like to be referred to the SWFC Youth Hub, please speak to your work coach at the Job Centre, or get in touch via email.
