Places - Graves Health and Sport Centre ESCAPE-Pain Course
A programme for people with chronic joint pain of the knees and/or hips, that integrates educational self-management and coping strategies with an exercise regimen individualised for each participant. It helps you understand your condition, teaching simple things to help yourself with, and taking you through a progressive exercise programme to learn how to cope with pain better. The programme will help you: Be in less pain Improves physical function, allowing you to live better and do more Manage your symptoms Be more active Improve your mental well-being, self-confidence and self-esteem
Cost details
£75 for 12 week programme. This membership allows users to join both Escape Pain and Good Boost, or just chose one. Escape Pain only runs for 6 weeks but users have additional 6 weeks of membership to partake in anything else they wish at the centre, before or after Escape Pain.
