I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist passionate about helping people live well, safely, and independently in their own homes.

Through Quality Life Enablement, I offer a home-based OT service focused on assessment, rehabilitation, and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs.

This service is ideal for older adults or anyone who:

• - Is living with a medical condition

• - Has had a recent illness or injury

• - Is noticing difficulty with everyday activities

     Before founding Quality Life Enablement, I worked in the NHS across:

     • - Acute hospital wards

     • - Inpatient and community rehabilitation

     • - Stroke services (in both inpatient units and in people’s homes)

     I bring this experience into every home visit — combining clinical insight with practical solutions.
