Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (Sheffield) can provide speakers for meetings in the South Yorkshire area.  

Subjects include:  Meditation, Positive Thinking, Self Esteem, how to be the best version of me using my strengths & qualities such as self respect, courage/resilience etc 

Our talks usually include a presentation of ideas, interactive discussion and guided reflection/relaxation.  

All our teachers are experienced meditation practitioners and endeavor to share in a supportive and inclusive manner.  

We are a 100% voluntary organisation.  

All our activities are provided free of charge - voluntary contributions are welcome.  

We can bring a selection of books and CDs for purchase if you wish.
