We offer homes and support to help you to keep your independence, do more of the things you love, and feel safe and connected.
In our extra-care housing, you can settle in your own spacious one or two person apartment. You’ll also have support, amenities and activities right on your doorstep.
Our extra-care homes are also known as retirement housing, care homes, sheltered housing and independent living. They have different eligibility requirements, but you are generally welcome to apply for a place if you are aged 50+ and have housing or care needs. We have extra-care homes across South Yorkshire, and in Derbyshire and Wakefield.
We may also have direct-to-let or shared ownership extra-care apartments and bungalows available.
