Our managed account service acts as a secure intermediary for Direct Payment or Personal Health Budgets. We handle the administration of funds to ensure care and support-related bills and staff wages are paid accurately and on time. We provide peace of mind by managing financial records, auditing expenses, and liaising with local authorities.
We've been working with Sheffield City Council for over 25 years, so we're a recognised provider. Sheffield audit our work each year to ensure we're doing everything properly.

We do the following:
- Financial Administration: Receiving, holding, and managing direct payment funds in a dedicated account.
- Payment & Payroll Processing: Pay care agency invoices, Personal Assistant (PA) wages, and tax/pension contributions (HMRC) on your behalf.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed, audit-compliant financial records and provide regular statements to you and local authority.
- Monitoring & Compliance: Ensure the account does not become overdrawn, track expenditures, and check that funds are used only for agreed-upon care services.
- Support & Liaison: Acting as a liaison between you, service providers, and local authorities to address budget changes or invoice issues.
