Heeley Community Tenants & Residents Association
Heeley Community TARA is here to represent the interests of the members and the local community working solely and/or in partnership with other agencies. This could include support, negotiation, and advocacy for its members and the provision of social, educational and recreational benefits for all local people. The TARA aims to strengthen community resilience whilst promoting equality and fairness. The TARA covers the areas previously covered by Heeley TARA (Tillotson area) and Heeley Rise TARA.
