Our school was built in 1894 and whilst the building retains much of its quirky, Victorian splendor, it has established itself as a warm, friendly school, with inclusion and achievement of all children at its heart. Our school ethos and visions are the driving force for all we do.  The school has a very strong team ethos, with parents and carers, children, staff, governors and members of our community working together to ensure all our children experience the joy of learning and achieve the highest possible academic, social and creative standards.  We are fortunate in serving a diverse community with many cultures and languages represented, and one of our main priorities is to ensure all our children benefit from this rich learning environment.
