Mount View Pre-School

We are a community Pre-school that supports over 60 families .We have recently achieved an outstanding grade with Ofsted. We offer full & half day sessions. We take children from 2.4mths old & you may use the 15hr & 30hr fel funding with us. Addittional costs are 50p per session for snack & we charge £6.50 per hour if funding hours used.

Time details

Sessional care Monday to Friday 9.00-12.00 and 12.30-3.30 or full days 9am till 3.30pm. We offer  a breakfast club 8.30am till 9am for 3 year olds.

Eligibility criteria for your service and any priority groups

We will start with visits before beginning at nursery, introducing key worker & Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to parents. Close observations of the children Liaising with professionals who are already involved with children Key worker system Recording of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) assessments Most children move onto local primary school, with a few to specialist provision, either way we work closely with school and outside agencies for a smooth transition. Training is ongoing to support the setting.

  • Old church building on floor level, 3 rooms and large hall, kitchen facilities, outside play area and playground.
  • The building is not fully accessible to wheelchairs.
