Castle Mountaineering Club
The Castle Mountaineering Club is a BMC affiliated, Sheffield-based mountaineering club.
Our members undertake a wide range of activities including rock climbing, walking, trekking, backpacking, ski mountaineering, ski touring and mountain biking.
We’re a sociable and supportive club with a lot of combined experience.
Indoor climbing
Tuesday evening (winter). Meets starting in October. Held @ The Foundry on the first Tuesday of the month with the remaining days at Awesome Walls.
Fridays @ Awesome Walls from 10am.
Indoor Boldering
Wednesday evenings throughout the winter. These will alternate weekly between The Depot & The Climbing Hangar, starting on 3rd October @ The Depot.
Walks
Every Thursday, 5-8 miles.
