One to One Community Care was formed in March 2008, by Susan Smith, with an aim to provide first-class in-home support to individuals across Sheffield, Nether Edge, Ecclesall, Crookes, and the surrounding areas. We are a small company deliberately, kept that way to ensure continuity of care and a team that is respectful, well-informed, and able to implement specifically tailored care plans that promote independence. Solutions are delivered by our reliable, flexible staff members who are all DBS checked, highly knowledgeable, and trained in line with CQC requirements. Regardless of the level of care required, our main goal is to help our customers live fulfilled lives within the comfort of their own homes.
