Any volunteer signed up has an assigned worker who will undertake a full induction and support them on an ongoing basis with supervision and coaching, access to relevant training and expenses covered.

SOAR has been awarded Sheffield Volunteering Standard so volunteers can be assured that they remain well supported and at the heart of SOAR services.

There are opportunities to volunteer with the following programmes

Community Champions, Early Years, Social Cafés, Dementia Cafés, Library Assistant & Well-being Assistant.
