Managed Accounts (Direct Payments/ISF)

We can provide an expert financial service to individuals for the management of their personal budgets (through a direct payment or ISF), which includes financial planning, budgeting and bill management, PA payroll*.

We will open an account specifically for your personal budget and organise all your direct payments for you. You can have the flexibility to manage your own support needs through the Direct payments process with financial support to pay your providers on time.

You can have as little or as much involvement with this process as you wish - We will support you to simply pay all authorised providers through this account with frequent updates and monthly statements.

• Lynx Support Services will manage your account on your behalf paying invoices for your support and dealing with all correspondence at the following levels:

   

  • Level 1 costs – This is the discounted rate available to individuals receiving care or support from Lynx Support Services only.

   

  • Level 2 costs £314 per year/£6.04 weekly – This is for all low-level budgets with regular payments being made up to just one or two providers
  • 
    Level 3 costs £440 per year/£8.46 weekly – this is for more complex budgets for 3-4 providers, involving multiple components and includes everything involved in level 2 with as many visits as necessary to ensure smooth running of the account.

   

  • Level 4 costs £573 per year/£11.02 weekly – this is for more complex budgets for 5 or more providers, involving multiple components and includes everything involved in level 2 with as many visits as necessary to ensure smooth running.

   

  *Additional services:

• PA payroll (make sure your PA’s are paid accurately and on time through PAYE and Real time payments)
• PA Recruitment (including HR documents to meet all Employment Regulations)
• PA cover (for sickness and holidays)
• PA Training (bespoke for your individual needs)through Lynx Training Academy

PA Payroll Service

Services provided and fees:

Weekly or 4 weekly payroll service to ensure all your PA’s are paid timely and accurately through PAYE and Real Time Payments through HMRC. Includes set up with HMRC, pension linking* if required digital collecting of timesheets and digital delivery of payslips.

Initial set up fees £75 (£150 if including a Managed Account set up)

4 Weekly payroll

• • • * Level 1 costs – up to 2 PA’s - £300 Per year / £5.77 weekly
• * Level 2 costs – up to 5 PA’s - £600 Per Year/ £11.53 weekly
• * Level 3 costs – complex packages  - To be agreed on an individual basis

*£1 extra per payslip for pensionable wages

Weekly payroll

• * Level 1 costs – up to 2 PA’s - £338.00 per year/ £6.50 weekly
• * Level 2 costs – up to 5 PA’s - £676.00 per year/£13.00 weekly
• * Level 3 coats – Complex packages – To be agreed on an individual basis

*£1 extra per week for pensionable wages
