Aqua Fit Deep Water
When: Monday 7:15 pm – 8:00 pm
Aqua Fit and Aqua Care

Wednesday 7:30 pm – 8.30 pm (Small Pool)
Aqua Care
When: Wednesday 11.15 am – 12:00 noon (Small Pool)
Box fit
When: Monday 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm
Thursday 10:00 am – 10:45 am
Chair Aerobics
When: Monday, 12 noon -12:45 pm and Thursday 11 am – 11:45 am
Friday 10:30 – 11:15 am – External class. Please contact Ann Whitfield on 07775 961727 to book a place.
Girls Teen Gym
When: Every Thursday, 3.30 pm – 4.30 pm
Who is this suitable for? Girls Teen Gym gives girls aged 12 – up to 16 years a chance to have a go, in a supervised environment, at our fantastic gym facilities, run by a female personal trainer and a female young leader.
Live Well Circuit Class
When: Every Wednesday 10:30 am – 11:00 am
Who is this suitable for? Anyone on our GP Referral Scheme and also for anyone wanting to improve lifestyle and fitness. Includes group exercise and aqua care.
Pilates
When: Every Tuesday, 7.30 pm – 8.15 pm
Every Wednesday 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Who is this suitable for? For all ages to attend. Pilates works on your core strength, coordination and flexibility. Why not give it a try and you may find a new exercise you enjoy.
Spin Class
When: Every Tuesday 18:30pm – 19:15pm
Who is this suitable for? Using stationary bikes to simulate hills and sprints. A real calorie burner with no impact, also good for strengthening, and tones legs and bums.
Squash League
When: Every Thursday, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Who is this suitable for? Squash league is for people aged 16+ to take part in a ‘friendly competitive’ league. If you have just started playing or you’re an expert come on down and there is someone at every level to compete against.
TAI CHI for beginners
When: Every Wednesday 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Who is this suitable for? This low impact class is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels and all ages, allowing you to embrace the gentle movements that enhance balance and flexibility
Teen Gym
When: Every Tuesday 3.30 pm – 4.30 pm
Who is this suitable for? Ages 12 – up to 16 years
Walking Football
When: Thursday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Who is this suitable for? Over 50 and want to stay active? Then get a work out whilst meeting new people and having fun; same rules as football but no running. Join the fun and meet new friends whilst keeping fit. Whether you have played football before or you’re a beginner to the sport, come and have a try.
Yoga
When: Monday 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Who is this suitable for? Suitable for all fitness levels. This is an external class and is not included in Your Membership.

Young At Heart 40+ Badminton
When: Every Wednesday 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
Who is this suitable for? Over 40 and want to stay active? Then come and meet Anita, have fun and stay healthy. You will also meet new people. Whether you have played badminton or you’re a beginner to the sport come and have a try.
Youth Night
When: Every Friday
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Gym & football
Who is this suitable for? Ages 12 – up to 16 years
Zumba Gold
When: Tuesday 11:00 am – 11:45 am and Friday 9:30 am – 10:15 am
Who is this suitable for? Suitable for beginners, so if you have never tried a Zumba class then come and try out this class. It’s great fun and if you have never danced before you will really enjoy the fun and energy from this class!
