Have you cut or lost contact with your family or key family member? Do you want to meet others in a similar position?

We run separate specialised support services for adults living in estrangement from their whole family, parent(s) or siblings, as well as a group for those who have disowned or become estranged from their child or children.

We offer a non-judgemental space to share thoughts and experiences with others in a similar position. Together with a specialist counsellor, your group will work through themes such as: Trusting other people; The living loss: grieving and acceptance, How can I explain?

There are six fortnightly sessions, with a waiting list set up for new group members. The location is in the Hillsborough area of Sheffield, close to Sheffield station by tram or bus.
