Westbourne House is a seventy two bed purpose built nursing home offering nursing and intermediate care. Situated near the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield.
Onsite activities to enhance wellbeing - gardening, arts & crafts, sing-a-longs and games are some of the activities we offer.
At Palms Row Health Care we provide nursing and end of life care in all of our homes. Our Home's provide individualised person centred care and an assessment of needs is reviewed regularly. We have Qualified Nurses in all of our homes 24 hours a day 365 days a year to ensure we can care for those need higher levels of care. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Palms Row Health Care feel like home. The Palms Row Family!
NHS intermediate rehabilitation care
At Palms Row Health Care we also offer intermediate care in all of our homes. Intermediate care allows for those who are medically fit for discharge from Hospital to have an ongoing assessment and support of care needs.
