This fun session for baby and parent helps to introduce baby to exercise and socialising. The sessions use music, rhymes and songs and encourages baby movement along with bonding, reaching and stretching. This helps baby develop movement and interaction in a group environment.

Sessions are suitable for babies from 8 weeks old to where they are confident walking. Parents are encouraged to bring their usual bag they’d have prepared when they go out with their baby along with a small towel or muslin sheet for their baby when needed.
