I trained as a Nursery Nurse working for Derbyshire County Council and then Sheffield City Council within Family Support and Children's Centres as an Early Year’s Practitioner. My experience spans over thirty years caring for children across a wide age range. I have excellent knowledge of child development and child care, working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Frame Work.

Our home is a warm and welcoming environment, where we provide a wide variety of activities which give fun learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors. I like to take the children to the parks, woodlands, nature reserves, museums and numerous Peak District villages, on a weekly basis.

I live with my partner and my 15 year old son.  Both I and my partner have up to date Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training. My partner works full time as my assistant. He has extensive experience from over 20 years of working within the Early Years and Childcare sector. Including his previous roles working for a neighbouring Local Authority, providing advice and guidance to schools, childminders, preschools, day nurseries, holiday clubs etc. 

We provide before and after school care for Greystones Primary School Tuesday to Friday (note that we don't provide wrap around care for Greystones Pre-School).
We work all year round Tuesday to Friday and our opening hours are 7.30-5.30 (Tue to Thurs) and 7.30-5.00 on Fridays.
