If you are a patient at High Green Health Centre, Burncross Surgery, Cape Horn Medical Centre or Chapeltown Surgery your routine appointments to see your community midwife will be held at the Angram Bank Centre by appointment only. For enquiries or to make an appointment please ring the centre on 0114 284 6204.
