At Green Bridge Community Housing (GBCH), our mission is to empower our service users to (re)integrate into society. We do this by providing safe, secure accommodation and tailored support programmes that address both immediate and long-term needs. Our goal is for individuals to become proactive, positive, and engaged members of their communities. GBCH is your bridge to a brighter future.

• Survivors of domestic abuse and trafficking

The various needs and personal challenges experienced by our clients mean that they often have difficulty finding a safe place to call home. These needs include leaving care, breakdown of family relationships, mental health needs, displacement, trauma, probation, and exclusion from employment and/or educational opportunities.

At GBCH we know that appropriate accommodation, paired with targeted and holistic personal development opportunities, are key to combatting the social exclusion faced by our clients. Our philosophy is to offer engaging, non-judgmental support through the provision of interventions that fulfil not only the needs of the individual, but also their wants and aspirations.

Our services:

Supported Accommodation

Our Supported Accommodation service provides housing for adults aged 18+ with eligible support needs.

Whether in a shared or self-contained property, residents receive weekly support from our experienced support workers.

Our properties are fully furnished to a high standard, and our in-house cleaning and maintenance teams are available around the clock to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Emergency Housing

Our Emergency Housing service offers immediate housing solutions for families facing homelessness.

Once settled in our properties, our dedicated family support workers help families adjust and integrate into their new communities, providing the necessary support to rebuild their lives.

Mental Health Services

Our Mental Health Services specialize in assisting adults transitioning from hospital care. Our mental health recovery specialists support individuals in reintegrating into their local communities.

We work closely with clients to achieve their personal goals as outlined in their support plans, collaborating with NHS mental health teams and Adult social care teams to provide comprehensive care.
