Strong Minds Together - Men's Mental Health Support Group (Tuesday)
Strong Minds Together is a mental health support group that offers support, advice, and exercise to men aged 18 and above. Its aim is to create a non-judgemental environment where men can share their experiences, receive support and be able to support others too.
We provide support groups for men and weekly youth groups for children aged 10 to 16.
MEN'S GROUP
Every Tuesday, 7pm at Thorncliffe (optional football)
YOUTH GROUP
Every Thursday, 4pm at Thorncliffe
