We’ll provide all the support you need in your search for your own home. We offer:

• Fully furnished properties that come with a fitted kitchen, lounge and bathroom

• Keyworkers who go the extra mile to help support you
• Wide range of social activities to get involved in

Customers at Cuthbert Bank can get involved in a variety of
activities.
Flexible care and support
Cuthbert Bank has an on-site team available throughout the week. You’ll be assigned a named keyworker who’ll meet with you regularly and ensure that you are happy, your needs are met and the appropriate care and support is being delivered.
If you keep to the terms of your tenancy agreement and take part in outcome plan we’ll give you priority for rehousing in support housing provided by Sheffield City Council.
Cuthbert Bank is owned and managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association. Across the region.
The only referral route for Cuthbert Bank is through Housing Solutions.
