Are you feeling anxious, angry, stressed or unhappy? Have you been feeling stressed and unhappy at work or in your relationship? Maybe you are unsure of what is troubling you but you have a general sense of something not feeling right? Or perhaps there is something specific in your life that you would like to address. I can help you feel calmer and clearer about what is getting in the way of you living a happier life. Together, we can discuss strategies for how you can feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled in life.
I will aim to help you feel relaxed in your sessions as I know how hard taking that first step to come for counselling can be. I will work with you in a non-judgemental way, that values you, offering you the chance to be fully listened to. I am also able to offer interventions and strategies to help you feel better.
I am also able to work with young people, from age 16 upwards. I am particularly experienced at working with young people who suffer from exam stress, feel overwhelmed by the demands of the education system, have low self-esteem due to being bullied, lack confidence in themselves or need support at dealing with a life transition, like starting university.
I am also a hypnotherapist and can offer sessions for smoking cessation, weight loss, insomnia, phobias, stress, anxiety, low mood and confidence.
