Stitch and Run - Sewing and Craft Tuition

I offer Sewing and Craft workshops for adults and children (from the age of 10) and adults with special needs. I specialise in Patchwork and Quilting, Machine Sewing, Hand sewing, and Embroidery. In my quiet, purpose-built home studio in Sheffield, on the edge of the Peak District, I enable people to learn new skills, gain confidence, and relax.

I provide 1:1 tuition and workshops for small groups of 3-4 and 1:1 tuition for those in receipt of personal budgets/Direct Payments (including people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and older people) and can tailor a service specific to individual needs.

I can offer Sewing and Craft workshops to larger groups at alternative venues, places of work, or special events.

Additional information

I volunteer with the ‘Snowdrop’ Project, teaching survivors of modern slavery to gain confidence and independence through sewing.

I founded and currently Chair the Sheffield Modern Quilt Guild and  I have also run various sewing groups and projects in my local community
