Guildford Grange - Extra Care Scheme
Guildford Grange is a purpose built "Extra Care" Supported Housing Scheme for those over 55 years who require support and access to care to help promote a continued independent lifestyle. The service is managed by Places For People Individual Support, a specialist provider of care and support services.
Guildford Grange was opened in April 2004. It is set in its own well-maintained landscaped gardens and is located close to the town centre and local amenities. All the flats have walk-in showers, and fully fitted kitchens with ovens placed at mid-height level.
