We deliver clinical community support services to children, young adults and adults in the home, covering Sheffield and surrounding areas. 

We have a clinical lead, highly trained clinical care staff who support children, young adults and adults at home, in schools, respite services, 24 hour care seven days a week. Delivering clinical care, challenging behaviour support. Support to parents, children and young people's holidays. After school and term time only support. 

We have parents focus groups and meeting. Supported by social workers, nurses and a cohort of professional people. 

We provide end of life and lifelong illness support. 

Our staff are on hand 24 hours a day.
