Jordanthorpe Library
The Library offers a number of computers all with Microsoft Office, internet access and printer available for public use which is free for library members. As a member you can also have access to our free Wi-Fi.
Other facilities include:
- A3 and A4 printer, scanner and photocopier,
- Books to borrow and reserve,
- Talking books,
- Local magazines and information,
- Tea, coffee and homemade cakes,
- Laminating service,
We also host other activities, some that we run and some run in partnership with other local organisations:
- Citizens Advice service - Mon - Friday when the library is open; contact us to book an appointment
- Memory Cafe - Tuesday 10:30am - 12pm
- StoryTime for pre-school children - Wednesday 10.15-11am
- Cross-stitch Group (Thursdays from 1:30pm)
- Craft Group (Monday & Fridays from 1:30pm)
- Table top games group - Monday 2 - 4pm
The Library space is available for hire outside of library opening hours (please contact us for details).
