The Beaumont Society
We are the largest and longest-established transgender support group in the UK, and we have developed a support network which has been at the forefront of the transgender community since 1966!
As well as being a support network, the society keenly promotes a better understanding of the conditions of gender dysphoria in society, thereby creating and improving tolerance and acceptance of these conditions by a wider public.
The Beaumont Society offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support the trans community. Our services include a confidential helpline, support groups, and one-on-one counselling sessions. We also provide educational resources and advocacy to help promote understanding and acceptance. Our dedicated team is here to offer guidance and support every step of the way, ensuring that you never feel alone on your journey.
Our peer support groups are designed to provide a safe space for members to share their experiences and receive support from others who understand their journey. These groups are facilitated by trained volunteers who ensure a respectful and confidential environment.
