Start Well for Professionals

This will give you an insight into the content of the family programme and therefore support you in having informed discussions with parents who may find the Start Well Family Programme interesting and beneficial. Start Well Sheffield is a healthy lifestyle/parenting programme that runs over 5 two-hour weekly sessions. We will explore what constitutes a healthy balanced diet, the benefits of being active, emotional well-being, healthy teeth, routines and guidelines, styles of parenting, reducing screen time, making time for ourselves and much more. You will have an opportunity to network, share skills and knowledge and talk to other professionals working with early years children and families.
