Safer Sleep Training Level 1

By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1. Understand what Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is and what increases the risk.
2. Know how Sheffield is working to reduce the risk of SIDS and what advice is given to families.
3. Recognise that everyone has a role in preventing SIDS by sharing safe sleep messages whenever possible.
4. Be aware of local projects that support safer sleep and infant wellbeing.
5. Understand the dangers of Carbon Monoxide and how to help families stay safe.
