Community Youth Teams – Risk Outside the Home

Healthy, supportive relationships are central to a young person’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. This session explores how the relationships young people form—with friends, family, peers, and online networks—shape their development, behaviour, and decision-making. We’ll look at how certain relationships can protect young people, while others may increase vulnerability to Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) and how we can explore relationship influence with young people.
